The WAVES Barracks D chorus paced the singing of WAVES and Navy songs interspersed throughout the program, during a rally held on the Washington Monument grounds in Washington, D.C., to celebrate the Second Anniversary of the Women’s Reserve of the U.S. Navy, 30 July 1944.
