Fifth and Sixth Navy Nurse Corps Superintendents

Captain Sue S. Dauser, NC (left), and Commander Nellie J. Dewitt, NC. Dauser was the Navy Nurse Corps Superintendent during World War II. DeWitt was the Sixth and final Superintendent of the Nurse Corps and became its first Director.
