In the Marine Corps, the DI (Drill Instructor) has the toughest job of them all – converting a civilian into a full-fledged Leatherneck. These women have just arrived to attend the Marine Corps Women’s Reserve Officer Candidates’ School in Northampton, Massachusetts.
