Mrs. Marcella Hart and Mrs. Viola Sievers, women wipers of the Chicago and North Western Railroad, clean one of the giant “H” class locomotives in Clinton, Iowa. They’re doing their part in the war effort by filling critical jobs left vacant by men drafted for the war. April 1943.
